Hi, I'm Scott Adamson.

I’m a professional photographer based 30 minutes west of Ottawa in Almonte Ontario where I live with my wife Karyn, our two children.

My work is rooted in tradition and making images that hold up over time. I’m drawn to a more classic approach, especially in the studio, where the goal is to create something clear, distinct, and true to the person in front of the camera.

I’ve also been developing a deeper focus on analog and historical photographic processes. That shift has started to shape how I approach all of my work, slowing things down and placing more value on craft and authenticity in the age of AI and algorithms.

Currently I’m booking select portrait & editorial assignments and wedding commissions throughout Canada and USA.
